2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account and use services on the kc66 platform, users must meet the following conditions:

  • The person registering an account must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Each user may operate only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
  • The user must provide their genuine identification and correct contact details.
  • kc66 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
  • The account is for personal use only. Playing on behalf of someone else or using a third party's funds is strictly prohibited.

If any false or incorrect information is found in the details provided at registration, kc66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate that account without notice.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

The user is fully responsible for the security of their account. The key rules regarding this are:

  • Keep your account password strong and do not share it with anyone.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact kc66 support immediately.
  • Make sure to log out of your account at the end of each login session.
  • All transactions carried out through a user's account will be considered the user's own.

If a user can prove that their account has been misused by a third party, kc66 will review the matter. However, no guarantee of compensation can be given in such cases.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the kc66 platform:

Deposits:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi commercial banks (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) may be used.
  • Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
  • Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal is processed.
  • The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Note: kc66 may temporarily hold withdrawal requests in cases of suspicious transactions. In such cases, the support team will contact the user.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered at kc66:

Welcome Bonus:

  • New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
  • Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.
  • Example: Depositing ৳6,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, bringing the total balance to ৳11,000.

Wagering Requirement:

  • Before withdrawing a bonus, you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.
  • The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
  • Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms:

  • Each bonus offer has a specified validity period; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
  • Claiming the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
  • kc66 reserves the right to suspend an account if bonus abuse is proven.
  • kc66 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Gaming Rules

Players on the kc66 platform are required to follow the rules below:

  • Each game has its own rules, which are set by the respective game service provider.
  • Winnings obtained due to a technical error will not be considered valid, and kc66 is not obligated to pay out such amounts.
  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If the internet connection is lost during a game, the game result will be saved on the server and that result will be considered final.
  • If a game is left incomplete for any reason, the result will be determined according to the system logs.
  • For sports betting, results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.

kc66 reserves the right to set maximum payout limits, and for unusually large winnings, payment will be made after a verification process is completed.

7 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in permanent account termination, and all funds in the account may be forfeited:

  • Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same person's name or from the same device.
  • Identity Fraud: Registering using false or stolen identification.
  • Bonus Abuse: Deliberately using multiple accounts or strategic betting to take advantage of bonus offers.
  • Software Abuse: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
  • Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of processing illegal funds.
  • Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.

If any of the above violations are suspected, kc66 may temporarily suspend an account at any time for investigation.

8 Responsible Gaming

kc66 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or hardship.

  • Users may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • If needed, users can self-exclude by temporarily suspending their own account for a period of time.

In the event of account termination, the user's legitimate funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless forfeiture applies due to a breach of terms.

12 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between kc66 and a user, the following process will be followed:
